First, the maintenance and maintenance of the motor
Disconnect the main power supply and check whether the grounding wire of the motor is good.
Fasten screws and couplings of each part.
Test whether the insulation resistance of the motor conforms to the regulation, and check the contact of the main loop. If the contact is severely ablated (the contact point is worn to 1/3 of its original thickness), the contact should be replaced.
Note: During maintenance, put a sign on the power supply to inform the customer that it is being repaired.
Two, the maintenance of the air valve:
Adjust the tightness of the belt, move the wind wheel with the hand disc and observe whether the rotation is stable.
Check and replace the gasket and sealing filler between the joint surfaces.
Clean motor and wind wheel, filter and housing inside. The paint should be rebrushed where it peels off.
Add lubricating oil to the rotating part to ensure the intelligence and stability of the coupling and bearing.
Three, electrical circuit repair and maintenance:
1. Check whether the opening and closing action of the regulating valve is reliable and flexible, and the opening and closing Angle is clearly marked.
2. Start the machine manually and check whether the indicator light, voltage and ammeter work normally, whether all parts of the fan operate with abnormal sound, and whether the three-phase current value is balanced.
Check whether the components in the control box of each remote control point are normal.
4. Start and stop for three consecutive times, check whether the remote control at each point is correct and reliable.
Test run for 2 hours to observe the bearing temperature of the motor and whether the temperature rise of the motor is normal. Make the fan run normally.
The negative pressure fan should be regularly maintained every six months, and the situation should be recorded to make the negative pressure fan run well.
